Have you been involved in a miracle?
You probably didn't even know it until after the fact. Your natural brain will try to reduce a miracle down to "just something you didn't understand."
Does that make it less than a miracle simply because you didn't understand it? No!
Does it make it less than a miracle because you didn't expect it? No!
Most people do not realize anything unusual happened until after the fact. Does that make it any less than a miracle? No!
Your natural brain will try to confuse you and try to convince you that things didn't happen the way they did.
God moments - the times when it's a miracle, but more on a personal level.
Once again: No less miraculous because it's a small versus big event.
I love the miracles that I call God moments because they're small and personal, especially for me.
But be careful because they'll fool you even more because they're subtle. Don't let your natural (common sense) brain talk you out of believing you received your very own gift-wrapped God moment.
I have two friends who were filling a never-ending supply of snacks in a bowl for a teacher appreciation table- (they didn't run out)!
Another friend was in the process of handing out Christmas gifts to some children, but they came up one short. After praying over the situation and looking again, there was one still to be given out, but it had been hidden.
Another friend was on a mission trip, and everyone was putting on a t-shirt to identify who the workers were. Terror set in because the leader realized there was no way they would have a t-shirt large enough for the remaining volunteer (he was not your normal size or a size they had ever received before), but somehow, one large enough was in the box. Remember, these are not coincidences or good luck. It's your own personal miraculous God moment.
Don't let your brain convince you otherwise. Give God the glory- it wasn't an accident!
God moments, no matter how small, are reminders that miracles are all around you- some with your very own name on them.
I'll be glad to give you a first-hand account if you'd like, but you have to believe it really happened!
And you have to believe that no other way except God.
Coincidences do not get any time here.
